VortexVTX14XL Powerfans, 14 inch

This fan died after less then 6 months of Easy use -- I have tried to obtain the warranty listed by amazon but have not been successful. I have however received a couple of emails from customer service about products I have never purchased from amazon. This has been nothing but a very expensive disappointment and an eye opener on amazon's customer service. The fan was not quiet compared to other vortex style fans as stated (in fact it was very loud) - packed poorly and died fast. As dealing with the customer service has not been working out -- I have already had to replace the fan with another as it shut down my business. I am an industrial glass artist and need ventilation to work safely. I did NOT buy the replacement from amazon.

I bought 2 of the 12inch vortex power fans and was extremely disappointed. There is more air movement (cfm) with a 10inch hyper fan than this massive 12inch vortex. Needles to say I am not using these 2 12inch vortex power fans because they do not function and preform as stated by Vortex.

I installed my fan like this and it only ran 3 months and now it won't turn on again. Very poor purchase Do not buy this fan
