This is a great lightweight dress. Perfect for beach or casual wear. It is a little too long, but I a only 5'3". The straps seem just a little flimsy. However, I loved it enough to purchase one in every color.

I accidentally ordered a small when I clearly wear a large. I tried it on and it fit! A tad shorter than I would normally want. But it doesn’t bother me too much. I do think next time I’ll order a medium. I typically wear a xl/12.

I ordered this style dress from 3 different sellers - this one is it. Material is thick enough to hang well, proportions are good, color is accurate, and it is not so long to be unmanageable. My only regret is that it is sold out in my size in navy, since I came back for another after getting the teal one. What other reviewers say about the pockets is true, they are right at the hip. However, I am so happy to have pockets, that I will tolerate the slight bulge they create. I washed it to get that awful shipping/packaging smell out of it, and it washed nicely and hung dry without wrinkles. This one's a winner.Update one month later - I have now ordered this dress in 5 different colors (black, navy, wine, army green and teal) and might come back for the khaki one. I buy in multiples when I find something I love. Just for reference, I am 5'3" and 140, 36C and carry my extra 10 lbs weight in my mom belly. I like the large, as I don't want any cling over my belly, but would definitely be a medium if I carried my weight more well distributed. I even wore this to work with a kimono over it - definitely not just for the beach. I hand wash it and hang dry. Love this dress. Buy it.
