Great machine if you got patience to setup
Absolutely worth it if you know what you’re doing. My unit arrived without coolant as per instructions on the box. This was my first time with a liquid cooled PC so I was nervous about filling it up. However, after a dozen YouTube videos I felt as if nothing could go wrong. My best friends during this process were a picnic ketchup squeeze dispenser and a children’s Tylenol syringe. After 3 hours of jumping the pump with a paper clip and suctioning air bubbles out of the reservoir, I got it to work. Swapped out the lame 16gb ram with g.skill trident rgb 64gb (4x16gb) and added another m.2 nmve Samsung evo 970 1tb and a data drive Samsung 2TB eqo ssd we were rocking. Fired up and installed everything after letting the pump run for 8 hours to get all the remaining air bubbles out, and started downloading my games. Fired up rainbow six siege and was getting a constant 340-345 FPS in ultra with 144hz display. If you’re looking for something that will flex on your friends that used to talk about your rig being slow or how they have a cool setup, then this is one to please. I picked mine up from Microcenter and got the extra 3 year accidental warranty that covers anything and everything as a precaution.

Beautifully designed gaming PC, but has flaws.
First off Maingear did an amazing job of building an aesthetically pleasing gaming PC, but unfortunately I ran into two problems:Problem #1: The Windows 10 Professional key was invalid. I had to purchase my own to activate Windows. When I called Microcenter they stated I would need to bring the PC to Microcenter or return it to Amazon. This is a hassle for something as simple as obtaining a valid Windows key so I purchased it myself for convenience.Problem #2: After updating Windows and all the drivers, including the GPU. I tested the PC by playing the following three games: No Man's Sky, Rust and New World Preview. No Man's Sky froze twice 10-15 minutes into game play. The initial graphics setting were set to High and the second time around to Medium. Both times the PC froze. I thought it might be the game so reinstalled it. Same issues. I tried playing Rust with graphics on Medium settings. Same issues, 10-15 minutes into gameplay it freezes. I then tried to play New World Preview. On multiple occasions and changing the graphics setting from Low, Medium, High, and Very High, the game froze same as the others. Sometimes 5 minutes in gameplay, sometimes 20 minutes into gameplay.I ran the same games with the same settings on my older custom PC with an i5 and 1080. No issues. Unfortunately, I will be returning this PC. I'm in love with the design, but spending over 12 hours troubleshooting for what appears to be a hardware issue isn't worth the price I paid.

Too good to be true. Two $4000 bricks and 8 hours wasted driving time.
First unit was bricked after 10m of operation. Drove back and forth twice to closest Micro Center (2 hours from my home) because first I exchanged for the same model in store then second time same day when second system would not even turn on. Returned to diagnosis of motherboard failure. That's two for two bricks. Definitely a deal too good to be true. Good luck to any other buyers! Will NOT be buying my $4000 system for Maingear. Extreme disappointment!

Wow - what a system and price! - But then it wasn't
I looked to configure this system directly from MAINGEAR and couldn't get the same system built for under $4500. This pre-configured system has all the goodies I'll be needing for years to come. The 2080 Ti alone was a $1300 upgrade on the website, this system comes with it standard. The memory is adequate. I'm going to add a SSD for additional storage, but the 1TB m.2 included is also a great feature. Not to mention it's just awesome to look at. Machine lasted about 20 days, then it bricked itself and wouldn't turn on. Customer service was 'helpful' but the only choice was to either drive to LA (7 hours) to a MicroCenter OR return through Amazon. I opted to do through Amazon, and needed to request a UPS tag. No way I was paying to have it returned.Ultimately decided to hold off on the machine until I had seen how it worked for others. Looks like similar results, which really was a shame. It was a really nice machine to look at and while it worked it was on fire.
