Amazing Taste and performance
I've been into fitness for 5 years and tried several BCAA supplements but this fast&up one stands out especially when it comes to taste. The lime and lemon flavor is refreshing and light which doesn’t make me feel heavy during my workouts. I've also tried the watermelon flavor earlier, and it was equally good. Especially now since last few months they have worked on the improved version that’s tastier & totally worth it! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good-tasting effective BCAA

Causes acidity and stomach problems.
Full of artificial orange colour and after drinking this immediately got stomach pain due to acidity problem after drinking this.

Tried this recently after a friend recommended and I absolutely agree that this is a unique product. Liked the orange flavour and this is the perfect refreshing drink I need while working out in this summer

Performance not as high as the price!!
There is No significant benefit/ energy boost when compared to generic ED or supplement in takes which are less than half its price. Fast and Up needs to improve the prod quality to justify the price
