Do NOT buy this!
The nintendo switch is not designed for VR. It just doesn't work. The strap is quite bad, has a very hard time adjusting and staying put. Mine kept sliding and sagging, after trying to adjust it three times, I gave up.The viewing area is non adjustable, right away I noticed how blurry everything was. I know it's not my eyeballs, because I am wearing contacts. These lenses are out of focus and are the equivalent of using reading glasses. This VR headset is a really uncomfortable, awful experience. You would get a much better experience by just putting the switch closer to your face, which is really all this headset is doing, it's making the viewing area smaller (turns into a circle) and makes it blurrier, grainier and with no way to adjust the lenses, you are stuck with a worse viewing situation.Just stick with the tv, handheld mode, or buy one of those holders that can hold a switch/cellphone, because if you're going to just make the image closer to my face, I can think of several other items to purchase that do a better job than this thing.

Its Google Cardboard for the Switch
Boy the reviews of this thing are all over the map, but let me just inform you, I am no novice to VR having worked with multiple headsets with a range of people from barely able to use VR to their grandfather who barely gets the hang of it.The good part is that you don't have to build it yourself. I like the head straps compared to some other Cardboard options, the material its made of helps your skin breath and its specifically made for the switch as you can tell from all its cutouts for the air vents, speakers, USB port, volume and power buttons.I do think that the lenses are way too small, you can see the border that is supposed to be the area by which the lenses are supposed to be glued down at exposed making you think they are larger then they really are thus causing frustration when you actually look thru them.My main complaint is the size of the face mask itself, is huge and makes securing it to your head difficult because its not really using the contour of your head as a support which all other good headsets do. It also leads to a low comfort factor which I am surprised about these 5 star reviews saying it is very comfortable, it is not, tolerable at best. I also wear glasses which might make matters worst for some people (but really it isn't as bad as the one non commercial VR headset that literally pressed my lenses against my eyeballs). That may actually be a good thing because you really don't want to have any VR headset on you for too long. The lack of being able to adjust the interocular distance is a byproduct of the Google Cardboard initiative as most phone headsets, even Google's own Daydream Viewer don't have a way to adjust it. And that is basically what this is, Google Cardboard for the Nintendo Switch. So before you go shelling out the money for this headset take heed of the resolution limitation of the Switch, the limited compatible games for VR on the Switch, anyone with eye problems or anyone who had a bad experience with any of the Cardboard based VR systems. This is not for you. Also, the box says Upgraded Large Mirror, there is no mirror or need for one. If it meant lenses which would help more people with the I.D. issue, well, I don't know what the non upgraded version had so I can't tell you but they are not as large as the Daydream Viewer. Its a 3 star product for those who really don't want to take the time to build their own cardboard viewer and zero stars if you really need the I.D. adjusted.

Cost Efficient, Comfortable and High Quality (Detailed Review)
Want to play certain games in VR on your Nintendo Switch, but don't want to go through the trouble of putting together the Nintendo Labo VR? Look no further! While Nintendo's Labo VR is much more cost efficient than other VR headsets on the gaming market, OIVO's Labo VR headset is not only even more cost efficient, but is convieniently put together right out of the box. And unlike Nintendo's Labo VR, OIVO's Labo VR has a much needed headstrap! That way, you can rest your arms and even play some games with wireless controllers. Another plus to the OIVO Labo VR is that the headset itself is very lightweight, making it comfortable to use even during 1+ hours of gameplay. If you're worried about your Nintendo Switch falling out of the OIVO Labo VR headset when using wireless controllers, then don't worry at all. The Switch strap safely secures your Switch in the headset and will not fall out, but if you're still concerned for your Switch's safety, simply add a spare pair of Joy Cons to the sides of your Switch, although doing that may make the headset heavier. If you were hoping to play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in VR with wireless controllers, sorry to say, but the game does not allow wireless controllers during gameplay. However, VR in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate recommends to watch battles as opposed to playing them. Also, seeing some of the stages in VR is very cool and allows you to see more than you usually do during normal gameplay. Other games, such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, look very beautiful in VR, and the 3D effect really shows its true capabilities in that particular game. That is my detailed review of the OIVO Labo VR for Nintendo Switch. So, is it worth buying? Absolutely! It works as intended and has many advantages over the Nintendo Labo VR. While there are not many Nintendo Switch hits that support the VR feature, I can guarantee there will be many great games in the future that will support VR, and I'll be using the OIVO Labo VR more and more in the future. You should consider doing the same!

Great product.
Just got it today. Seems to work well. Tried it with Super Mario Odyssey. Didn’t seem like it would be comfortable to wear with glasses. My eyes hurt a but, but that’s more likely due to not being used to VR yet. Great quality materials for the price. Seems to be sturdy and holds onto the switch well and secure on your head easilyUpdate:Tried with Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Unlike Super Mario Odyssey you can actually play the full game in VR, not just some side levels. Pretty cool to control the camera views when gliding and climbing.
