Great product and price!
Usually I order the parts and build my own PC, but this time I didn't want deal with the stress and haven't regretted ordering this system one bit. The motherboard's an AMD B350 and the power supply is a Thermaltake Smart 600W, leaving around 150W for upgrades. The Ryzen 5 3600's a great mid-range processor and the hard drives, though a little on the small side, are more than enough for starting out. There's no bloatware of any sort installed, just the essential drivers and Windows 10: the only program I had to remove was a spare Radeon graphics driver. Tech support's also fantastic, as the one call I had to make (finding out how to loosen the connector from the back of the case) had no hold time, a knowledgeable rep and was resolved in a few minutes. The starting RAM, however, is pretty low at just 8GB (the motherboard can hold up to four slots of 16GB each and I'd recommend at least buying one more 8GB stick) and the GeForce GTX 1660, while a high quality card, isn't quite on the same level as the processor. There's no bay for an optical drive, and, with just two drive caddies and the SATA wiring tied together and mostly hidden beneath the interior shell, installing more than two hard drives would take some work. But if you're looking for a high quality PC built on a solid foundation that you can just plug in and start playing with no fuss, this is a great choice.

Awesome Gaming Rig!
I spend hours at a time on my PC and gaming is my primary function on it. I run graphics heavy games and needed a new PC to replace the one that a new power supply blew the motherboard in. This PC wound up being exactly what I needed. I was able to play a graphics heavy MMORPG while downloading another graphics heavy sandbox game at 12.5m per second. It's got everything that I need for my gaming and I absolutely love the RGB lighting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gaming rig as it was going to be the same price if we had built it ourselves, but without the hassle.

Won't boot with or read new RAM
The pc is nice but when I tried to install a second ram stick in the second slot it won't boot, and if I put the stick in one of the other two slots it won't readUPDATE: according to tech support the ram I bought was too slow, will try faster ramUPDATE: put 16 gigs of corsair ram and everything works peachy

Excellent Mid Level Gaming Machine
I was a little worried when I first purchased this system. All my previous computers I built myself, and just did not have the motivation to do it again. Quick pros: Price fantastic for what you get. This machine will handle any PC game out there, and those being released for a few years at likely a HIGH, worst Medium, graphics level. Fairly large solid state drive & a secondary 2TB hdd. Great wifi, Ryzen motherboard is all about the cores and 6 makes it magical.Quick Cons: The computer case was much bigger than anticipated and the Mouse LED is cool, but it seems to be a little distracting when I remove my hand and lean back to watch the "cut scenes," but maybe this is something I can get used to over time? Other than that for a mid level machine.FYI - No problems playing Watch Dogs 2 on ultra, but there was a Uplay popup due to memory - I think this was just a Uplay quirk because I noticed no lag.

Great Pc and affordable.
I got this Pc as a gift years ago and it is still running perfect. No hardware issues what-so-ever, It can run games on med - high (depending on the game) and is honestly a really good buy. If you're interested in gaming and don't want to buy a really expensive computer this is the way to go. Well rounded and easily upgrade-able. I would recommend upgrading graphics card if you want to play Battlefield or R6 on high settings.

Great PC. Some issues with setup. Better set up and installation guides would have been very helpful.
