Instruction take 3 time a day. 30 capsules per bottle only good for 10 days. Suggestion: 45 capsules per bottle will supply for 15 days. (gets you through 1/2 the month). less bottles.

My husband and I have been using for 4 months. We are both not sure if it is actually helping. It gets quite pricey to "try" something when both parties in one household are giving it a try. We may give a different product a try very soon. For that type of money we feel there should be a very significant difference that we experience.

Ingredient made from bovine cortex
There is some concern that products made from animal sources could transmit diseases, such as mad cow disease. To date, there are no known cases of humans getting animal diseases from phosphatidylserine supplements. But stay on the safe side and look for supplements made from plants.
