Q: Anyone gotten this to work on a Raspberry Pi?

Haven't tried, it worked, but its not very robust. I hooked up to android and PC once, and it worked, but then put it away and a week later it died. Not confident enough to disassemble it and decode a signal, but I would not assume the USB will last forever.

Q: is there an app for windows 10 that will allow it to focus?

When I use it it automatically focuses. I have no problem whatsoever with it. I got it to check the cylinder walls in my engine and it works just great

Q: How long is the cable?

I don't know how long the court is. Because it has been put back in the box because it is pure junk. I would seriously look at another scope.

Q: What does it mean by soft wire? I'm looking for one that doesn't bend or rigid.

It does bend but it is rather rigid and holds its shape well.
