Great fir keto and diabetic diets
I’ve been using konjac noodles for years. They’re difficult to find, every grocery has them in a different area. When you figure that out they move them again. These are just as great and wonderful and cheaper than my previous local ones. These are essentially carb free. If you follow the directions they are tasteless themselves and pick up the flavors of your sauces and seasonings.I firmly believe each bag has 1 continuous noodle. Place a mesh colander or one with small holes in the sink under the faucet. Turn on the water, cut open the bag and dump contents into the colander and rinse really well. Then cut into lengths you like. People complain of the odor upon opening the bag. They are preserved in the same liquid as hominy in the can. Might have a slight fishy odor. Just rinse well.If you’re using canned mushrooms, add to the noodles and drain. Some people like to set the liquid from the can to one side for the recipe. I let them sit awhile, 20 minutes or so. It shortens the next step. At this point they can just sit awhile.Heat a heavy pan on medium low. I like a frying pan for this step as it makes thing go faster. Add the noodles and mushrooms. Move them around in the pan while heating until they just start to stick. Do not grease the pan. You’re just drying them off. As they dry they will start sticking so you know you’re ready for the next step. Depending on how well drained this can take 5-15 minutes. Don’t turn up the heat to go faster, not a good idea.If you’re going to brown meat at this point, dump the dried noodles (and mushrooms) onto a plate. They can sit fir awhile at this point, if necessary. The noodles will soak up lots of flavors. The mushrooms will do the same. I learned the mushroom trick by accident. The noodles don’t mush. They hold their slightly firm consistency. It’s not quite al dente but similar. In the past 25+ years I’ve searched high and low for an acceptable pasta product. So far they’ve all had a weird flavor, strange consistency, some mush, some gritty. I can open several bags and make a large casserole to portion out and freeze for later. These work really well.I keep looking for other options but so far I’ve found funny colors, strange flavors, noodles that fall apart, etc. If you want spaghetti or macaroni and cheese with few ingredients to cover up the weird noodles you’ll really appreciate these. I’d really like lasagne noodles and some more pasta shapes. I’m hoping more people will try and like these so they’ll buy more, tell their friends and the prices will get lower. And no one has offered me anything for my wonderful opinion. My mother, husband, 2 daughters and several other family and friends are type 2 diabetics. This has been the only pasta product they all like.

The closest to Filipino rice noodles without the carbs.
I did not initially order these. My wife is from Manilla, Philippines. She is almost addicted to "Jasmin" rice in her meals. I was on a KETO diet and found rice made from the same substance as these noodles are made from, Konjac. Is a root vegetable. It is less starchy than rice. My wife has enjoyed these Konjac noodles as a replacement for the rice-based ones. These are more costly than rice per pound. And there is no jasmine fragrance I have noticed when cooked. I have eaten my wife's Pancit Bihon before. Using these Konjac noodles tastes just as authentic to me as the traditional Bihon noodles that are more starchy and contain more sugars. I am not a dietician. I have been on a ket0 diet before. If you are looking for a replacement for the starchy Rice noodles, these are good for that. I am happy we can afford it, and I am happy my wife has replaced the traditional rice noodles with these KONJAC noodles. I would buy these if you can instead of rice-based noodles. I am not unhappy with my wife's Pancit Bihon made with these KONJAC noodles compared with the same dish made with rice noodles. These are very good. I reccomend you try it for yourself and decide for yourself. Everyone's palate or taste preference is different. My wife and I enjoyed these noodles very much and feel this is a healthy replacement in our shopping for healthy noodles when making Pancit Bihon or other dishes requiring such noodles. I hope this helps you!

Cook out the moisture
These are a good replacement for the Miracle Noodles I used to buy. The secret to these is to rinse and fry out all the moisture. I make stir fry with oyster sauce and shrimp, spaghetti sauce and meatballs, and soups. Filling and neutral tasting if you cook out the moisture. I like to fry them up in sesame or avocado oil.

Not konjac noodles
I bought this brand before and it was a good quality product. This latest box was very unlike the previous. The texture of the noodles are off. Previously it was round and smooth like cooked spaghetti but this box's noodles are thin and craggly. And there is much less in the bag than previous purchases. The solid noodles are less than 2oz while the packaging says there should be 5.29 oz of drained weight. It doesn't smell the same and it doesn't taste the same. It's not even the same product. Wish I could get my money back but I only checked after the return window. What a waste of money.

3.5 stars. Thin angel hair good in Pho, Pad Thai, etc. Drain & rinse well
Pretty good. One retail looking box with multiple packs of noodles. I had purchased a couple of different varieties because I wasn't sure which style I would like better (thicker spaghetti, or this angel hair). I primarily want to use it to bulk up some soup. It's cold weather now, and I keep having a craving for broth, and while I want to add something to it to bulk it up, I dont want to add carbs and cals. So here we are. I like shirataki noodles already, and I know it is often a matter of finding the right size style of noodle that makes or breaks the dish. As with any, drain and rinse the noodles well. I never use shirataki noodles as a spaghetti pasta replacement, usually I stick to other dishes just to bulk it up.This kinda works for my quick noodle soup need, though I think these are better suited for pho or other Asian inspired dishes. I say this because the noodle reminds me more of a thin rice noodle. Slightly rubbery, but good. I think I will want to cook them more, or fry them a little for best taste and texture.I haven't yet tried their spaghetti noodle, which I want to use to replicate Skinny Pasta cup of soup but will do so and report back here when I am ready to write that review.EDIT: Tried the other noodle. No go. While I have never had any issue digesting shirataki noodles, and was fine with this angel hair variety, the spaghetti ones I linked above basically um.. came out the other end whole. Gross. Also they were extra rubbery and didnt pick up other flavors. So basically boring, and weirdly chewy. 1 star for the spaghetti. 3.5 stars for this angel hair. I hemmed and hawed between a 3 star rating and 4 star since we cant do half stars. I went with 3, which means it is "just OK". I know I wont buy them again, but will use them up. (The spaghetti ones I wont use. Waste of money).

Pantry hero for low-carb pasta cravings 🍝💚
I was skeptical when I ordered these YUHO shirataki konjac noodles because I have tried other low-carb pastas that tasted like sadness in a bag. But wow, these are everything Amazon promised and more.First off, they are shelf-stable, which I love. I keep a few packs in my pantry, and they are ready whenever I need a quick meal. I open the bag, pour the noodles into a mesh strainer, rinse them thoroughly, and then toss them into a frying pan for a couple of minutes. I like to add my favorite Rao’s sauce ❤️ and let them cook together for a bit so the noodles soak up all that flavor. That is the secret here. Do not skip the sauce step. The texture is not exactly Italian pasta, but it is surprisingly close for something with almost no carbs and only ten calories per serving. When you are avoiding pasta, this is some seriously good eats. I can eat these a couple of times a week and feel totally satisfied. They fill me up, help me stay on track with my weight loss, and keep me from ordering takeout. Win win.Food is so expensive now that these actually feel like a smart, affordable meal. They let me eat something cozy and comforting without wrecking my goals. If you are keto, low-carb, or just trying to cut calories, this is a pantry staple you will be glad to have. Just remember to cook them a little extra with a really good sauce. Cold straight from the bag is not my jam, but warm with sauce is chef’s kiss 👩🍳✨Highly recommend giving these a try. Your pasta cravings will thank you! Great for keto diets! And super easy for meal prep.Pro Tip: Be sure to rinse them thoroughly, as in very well for the best taste experience.

Convenient and nourishing product.
Great product. So happy to find these readily available as I used to only purchase these noodles tinned from Oriental groceries. I use these for my home made stir fry dishes. They keep their texture and stand up to reheating as well.

Don't forget to boil it 2minutes.
We very like this product. When my wife used it first time she did not boil it 2 minutes but after rinsing put it in a pan and 'fried' it. It came out hard. But when boiled for 2 minutes ,as the instruction said, product is fine. No carbs and alot of fiber. Noodles are small and this is ok.

big surprise
I was skeptical because usually konjac noodles is not good (in polite words) but these gets the taste of whatever you cook. It's really helpful to have on days when you crave food and already above your calorie goal. I use it in salads, wok, or soups.

Ok, these are delicious
I've had konjac noodles many times and this may be my favorite brand yet. Very sturdy, holds up to any recipe. Great texture, absorbs whatever flavor you cook them with. There's no weird smell upon opening which is commonplace with konjac noodles. I also love how thin they are. Let's more sauce cling to each noodle. I can't believe these are effectively calorie free. They're too delicious. Try them with a peanut sauce. The only drawback is the price, but they're still a bit cheaper than most other brands. And tastier.

One of the best.
This is the 4th brand I’ve tried. Yummy. No smell. Doesn’t dissolve or turn to mush. Good level of sturdiness. Tastes like rice noodles/crystal noodles. Realy great. And NO GUILT. Konjac is like the secret to weight loss. You can feel ‘full’ but with no calories. I eat these straight out the packet as they are ready to eat. It’s the easiest thing to reach for. And the packaging with this brand is realy good too. Everything was packed and sealed safely and protected. Good company that makes these noodles because they must care about that. The individual packets are easy to open too. Will buy again at the right time.

Faszinierend
