Caused more pain in the ball of my foot.
I'm giving this item 2 stars in comfort because when I wore it for a few hours at home, it felt decent, not great, but better than without it. That night I went into work (I work retail) with it on my foot and wearing supportive sneakers (Brooks Ghost). Just barely over an hour there the ball of my foot was in a lot of pain; more than before this "orthotic". (That's the reason I bought this, was to help the pain I had been having recently in the ball of my foot.) It was terrible. By the time I was on my way home, the pain had subsided and the ball of my foot was fine. Unfortunately, there's no way I'm going to try this a second time to see if it MIGHT be better. The pain was too awful. The product comes with a business card asking to leave a 5 star review for this product, then email them to receive a $15 reward through PayPal. It makes me wonder about the good reviews for this. The pain wasn't worth it.

Asked for 5stars in exchange for $5 gift card
These are great, the gel could be slightly thicker but I don’t know if that would cause discomfort. I would have given 5 stars but they sent me a card saying that if I gave it 5 stars they’d send me a $5 gift card. That’s not right, have good products and you’ll get 5 stars, very dishonest.

Provides comfort
These provided a nice cushion to the balls of my feet while wearing high heels and protected the balls of my feet from pain and blisters. I only wish they were closed-toed because I got blisters on the tops of my toes from the friction of my shoes, no flaw with product, I guess I just need better designed shoes. LOl

made well
although the product is made well, I feel it is not suitable for diabetics, the seamed edges are too big and can be very irritating especially if worn with shoes, I had impressions on my toes and across the top of my foot for hours after removal. If going in socks or slippers they are okay but the seam between the toe can cause a raw place, not good for diabetics.

These help perfect amount
These help a lot. I have a bone spur on right foot and these are perfect for wearing around house when it’s bothering me. Not tight like compression, so you can wear them all day or night. The pad is thin but works perfectly, can even wear in shoes or slippers. A lot of cushions are too bulky to wear comfortably in shoes. These are perfect.

Could be better
My first impression was “wow that feels terrific”!That was the first day of wearing them today is the second day I’ve only had them on two hours and it ihas lots of flaws. The shape does not follow the natural angle of toes. And the second toe is so irritated, I don’t think I can wear! (See my pictures)Will have to return!

Works with shoe inserts
I’m so glad I purchased these, really needed them in Peru due the to stone streets, in miraflores, they actually leveled my feet in my gym shoes that have arch insoles, they are comfortable , there’s enough padding to protect the ball of your feet

Cheap price, easy to put on, worked
My toe pad was extremely painful. I put the sleeve on, and noticed a difference. I have wide feet, and they were comfortable enough to wear all day. A week later, and the pain is gone.
