Perfect for the task at hand
I purchased a new computer desk for my elderly father to make his computer gazing experience more ergonomic. He loved the new desk and setup with one exception; he had to leave the compartment door open while the computer was running. The desk was designed for housing a PC but with not proper ventilation. So I found this Hiree Cooing Fan on Amazon and decided to give it a try. The price was right and the reviews were all good. I received the unit in a day or two and the instructions were very straight forward. The design concept was perfect for the task at hand. Since the material on the back of the desk was very thin I purchased some 1/4 inch plywood to make a sturdier foundation to mount the fan unit. I cut and stained the wood to match the desk and in about an hour I had everything installed and working. They included a template for cutting the fan mounting hole which made the job easy. This fan works perfectly and allows my father to close the front door on the desk without causing a tripping hazard. There are some nice features on this fan including two fan speeds and an AC outlet built into the unit. The higher fan speed is not exactly silent but the lower setting seemed to work best for keeping the CPU compartment cool. Overall a really good double fan cooling unit for the price. I can see how this would be a good option for computer closets, audio video cabinets, desks, etc. There are fans out there that will operate much quieter than this but these usually cost a great deal more. I would not recommend this for recording studio applications where quieter fan operation is at a premium. It served my application well so I am happy to give a 5 star rating.

Self Destructed Within 2 Weeks
Arrived and within a few minutes running several blades fell off one of the fans. They offered me 50% refund which I took, since the other fan worked and the one kinda worked. Within a week later blades continued to fall off until neither fan worked.

Good value for money if you need switched outlets
Used this to make a clothes drying cabinet. The outlets inside run a 200w heater from amazon. I had to reverse the fans, but that o ly took 15 minutes to do. Not as fancy looking as airplate, but a good multi speed with outlets.

That fans are set up for negative pressure
Easy to install. Also the fans themselves are easy to flip from negative to positive pressure with just a Philips screwdriver.
