Amazon Basics Embroidered Hotel Stitch Duvet Cover Set - Soft, Easy-Wash Microfiber - Full/Queen, White with Light Grey Embroidery

I'm a lover of pretty things and a huge Pottery Barn fan, so to say my taste is "higher-end on a sale budget" is accurate. That said, I was looking to update a guest bedroom on the cheap and tried a beautiful duvet cover with similar classic hotel style from Homegoods. It was far too large for the full/queen insert I had. I was also crunched for time with family coming in for the holidays. I did a quick search on Amazon as a last ditch effort, found this, saw the ratings and figured for sub $30 I didn't have much to lose. It arrived the next day, which was impressive, and to my very nit-picky surprise it felt great and the Taupe color has a nice metallic sheen which makes it a softer gold - perfect! The size fit much better and has a nice length to the end which lays very pretty off the end of the bed. It ironed like a dream and the sham edges stand up nicely. Family arrived and the bed was a mess for several days and when made this morning - wrinkles are hardly found. Would buy again and again, hoping it washes well too!One slightly odd thing I noted in pictures and in person, is the stripe pattern is really a square vs. a rectangle. This style usually lines the edge of the bed the length of the mattress and therefore if you fold it down you see the pattern - this is not that way. I folded it 3 times on itself so the square lines met again and I'm fine with it as this is how I'll style the bed anyway. I comment on this as I'm so impressed with the performance I'd love one for my king bed but the square seems too small and odd in the king images and I'd expect that seeing the queen design. Will look for an Amazon basic solid in king for my room. I think this works best on twin-queen sizes.

After literally having a nervous breakdown trying to get this duvet comforter on, it turned out to be very nice and hotel-like. I tried the burrito rolling of it with my comforter, but I'm sorry...it just doesn't work. At least not with this cover OR I was doing it all wrong. I just went ahead and put it on like a pillow case and after an hour of dealing with it, I finally got it to work. I have no way right now to keep the comforter from shifting inside of it so it's a little bunched up right now. There are ties inside the duvet cover that maybe you are supposed to fasten to something, but my comforter has nothing to tie them to. It is a beautiful color with two matching shams. Very soft and looks like it will be easy to wash. GREAT price for it too. However if you have OCD really bad, watch out. You WILL have a breakdown with it at some point. :)

Recently moved into a new house and discovered that the paint color I'd picked for our bedroom was an almost exact match to the seafoam green linen bedding we'd been using. While coordinating colors are great, matching the bedding to the wall was not what I was going for, so I went in search of a suitable duvet cover. I saw the pink version of this in an ApartmentTherapy post and was thrilled to note that they had a grey version(somehow it's been classified as light blue, but what I received is definitely the grey.) It arrived quickly and was easy enough to wrangle onto the duvet, and the satin stitching looks nice against the more matte fabric. Since we have a king duvet on a queen bed, the stitched design needs a little extra attention to keep it appropriately centered on the mattress, but that's not bad as it keeps the comforter roughly even on each side. Easy to de-wrinkle by just flapping the comforter, and easy to de-fur with a lint brush(we have three cats and exist in a constant state of low-grade fuzziness.)

Are you freaking kidding me? These sheets are AMAZING. First thing first: I'm a bed person. I love all things bedding and I have more pillows and bedding than a family of six should have and it's it's just me and my husband. I buy sheets, blankets, pillows, and throws like most women buy shoes or purses. Bedding's my jam, and I've spent more money than I'd ever like to admit on luxury sheets and pillows. THESE ARE MY GO-TO SHEETS, and they're insanely inexpensive, great quality, buttery soft, well-designed, and are that amazing in-between sheets that keep you cool when you need them to, but insulate you enough to keep your body temperature just right. The sheets came sparkling clean and on-time. If you're looking for soft, sumptuous sheets at a bargain price this is it.

Everyone that feels this duvet has commented on how soft it feels. They are shocked when I tell them it came from amazon and was under $30. I have ran the duvet and pillow cases through my washer and dryer on delicate cycles turned inside out a few times without any issues. The material is prone to wrinkles, but can be easily smoothed out when making the bed. The pillow cases require slightly larger pillows in order for the flanges to stand up straight. I have spilled a drink on the duvet and it came off very easily with just a wet wash cloth. A great buy for the price!

Needed to refresh our duvet covers. I bought one Amazon Basics in Taupe, and another brand (similar price point). As soon as I opened both packages, I knew I would be returning the other one and plan on ordering a second Amazon Basics. The quality of the Amazon Basics cover is outstanding. The fabric is substantial, yet soft. The design is simple and elegant. It was fairly easy to put the down comforter in the duvet (managed a king size on my own).I washed it before using following the makers instructions, and had no issues with shrinking or fading. We have been using it for a couple of weeks, and are very happy.I would absolutely recommend this duvet cover

Hey everyone ! I bought this last year and it is the BEST! it gives hotel and rich vibes !PLEASE NOTE that I did size up so that the boarder looks better and closer to the edge of the bed. Such good quality ! and stays very clean. I put in the wash and the fabric doesnt ruin! I will be buying more colours!!!
