Huge, super huge brush makes it hard to manage. It would have been better if the manufacturers made the brush interchangeable with medium and smaller sizes.

I absolutely loved this product, it was easy to use, quick, and made my hair look great. However, I had the blow dryer brush for just over 6 months and had maybe used it a total of 20-30 times when it randomly broke. I did nothing to it, but when switching it from high heat to low it suddenly turned off and each time I plugged it in and flipped the switch, the blue light would come on but the blow dryer would not. This really upset me as a loved the brush, but my mother has the same one except it is an on brand one, and has used it everyday over the past 4 months that she has had it (so about 4x the amount I used mine) and never had any issues with is so far. My suggestion is, if you want to get your moneys worth, stick with the on brand for a little more money. It will be worth it in the long run.

I bought it in April 2019 and I smoked and died today 9/4 2019:(So sad I loved this dryer! I want my money backI edited my review because the company was so awesome they apologized and said that they are sending me another one. My sister also has this same dryer and it is working fine, so mine could have just been a fluke! thank you! great customer service!

Leaves a lot of frizz. Slow dryer also.

Bought this for my mom as a Christmas present, when she finally opened it 6 months later it melted when she tried to use it.
