After looking it over, I can find no UL approved tag or sign, so the answer would be no.

Q: The product got very hot after I set 2 minutes grinding, how to solve it?

I can't see any thing requiring 2 min to make flour. it takes 10 sec for all rices and 15 sec for oats what are you trying to make flour out of
