Q: How do I get the staples in. The bit comes out, but you still can't get them in.

Good morning, The staples should fit into the magazine over the internal metal part, with their legs in the gap down the sides. For this to work, you have to make sure that you're using the correct size of staples; 24/6mm or 24/8mm are compatible with this stapler.
