They sent the wrong color.
I have to give this three stars as a compromise. I really, really liked my lipstick and was careful to find the same color again. I wore it on all my Zoom calls in 2020 and wanted the same exact thing. It was hard to find the shade in the mix of newer, and more popular (I guess) shades, but I finally did! Then they sent me a different shade anyway. Grr.

No packaging
The lipstick didn't come with any packaging like no box or plastic wrap or even the small tape to hold the lid down....like I mean don't get me wrong the lipstick shade is beautiful...but I am worried to use it since it wasn't packaged.
