Nice and comfortable product. Only it’s not 100% heat resistance. As I thought of using it for barbecue. But to pick hot gas vessels, it’s very helpful.

Isn’t much of help. Definitely helps resist heat. However, the very first time I used it to pick a hot vessel the rubber kind melted. So stopped using it since.

Finally found something to hold hot handles....have been using kitchen dusters and steel holders (pakad) for years

The material used is not silicone. The material isn't heat resistant. It melted as soon as it held the pan from the oven causing damage.
