I have bought these to wear during my summer digging season as an archaeologist. They fit well and on those rare days when we're allowed to wear shorts I can quickly zip off the lower legs and have shorts. These will be cool and quickly drying too.

Fits Perfect, As Described, Good Value and Quick Delivery - my only concern is the material is a bit light and I'm not sure if it will endure much wear and tear - only time will tell

Arrived quickly and without fuss, there were a couple of extra loose threads (found two so far while wearing them) but on the whole they are great. The material is breathable, light and thin but still sturdy enough for work wear in a hot warehouse all day. the zip section hides well both as shorts or trousers, the pockets are large enough and well lined for regular use. The one downside I found (probably personal preference) is that the back pockets use a double Velcro patch which makes taking and replacing a wallet less nimble than I'm used to, usually falling closed while I'm paying for something and without two hands free to open it again the process is quite a juggling act. The ladies -my other half had a pair too- has a single rear zip pocket which would have been preferable to the double Velcro double pocket and I'm considering buying women's despite the understated pink highlighting and reversed button side.Other than that Velcro niggle I love them, the lack of a short leg section was easily remedied with a little home sewing on the detatchable legs.I will be buying more for the summer days stuck in a busy warehouse, but using them out of work for the comfort and many pockets.

Comfy light trousers that are multi use and good in wet and dry - went on 20+ miles hike in Yorkshire and where perfect trousers even when put down to shorts

I always wear cargo trousers, I like something that is fast drying, versatile, etc. these trousers are very comfortable but they fall apart very quickly. All the stitching came apart after a few months, crotch, pockets, etc. the Velcro on the rear pocket (wallet) is rubbish. Wish I could score higher but the quality is very very poor. Avoid.

My husband got these as a present. They were Mountain Warehouse and so we figured they'd be good quality. They're very nice and do seem good quality. They are lightweight but not as lightweight as a similar pair he already had. These are more like a cotton-type material and sturdier. They look very smart and would pass as a more smart-looking trouser. My husband loves that the legs zip-off and they seem true to size. These were light beige. Overall, very happy.

My son liked these, they are lightweight and comfy but are a very small fitting, would have been better with elasticated waistband as there are no give in these pants.

These are good pants. I use them when spearfishing in the summer. Full pant legs when diving. Shorts on the ride home drying out.
