I used to replace one of these rotors each year, which I can live with. I replaced 3 of them within a month, in fall of 2018. Asked the seller about them breaking up so quickly, and asked about replacing the ring, that it could be causing a problem, so I replaced the ring. Made no difference, so I also replaced the cover, so all new parts, tried putting rotor in both ways, and still hear the same noise when it's running, just before it breaks up. I've spent about half of what the unit cost me, so not sure where to go from here, but I would think with all new parts, I wouldn't still be having the same issue, so I think they should maybe try to make these a little stronger, so they can't break up so easy...

Needed a new rotor for my heater to get the pump working again. Perfect fit. Worked great.

The thickness of the rotor is the most important dimension to know. The one I was replacing was 1/2" thick and was the only dimension I could get accurately, because the old one was shattered. The new one fit perfectly. Glad I ordered the one with the white collar in the inner hole, because you can get them without.
