I have been using this rack in my sink for over a year. Plates and plastic lids fit very well in the upper level, although some items don't sit real well in the lower level because of the spacing of the wires. However, I'm surprised at how many plates and containers fit into this rack. The removable silverware canister is great. It holds a fair amount of cutlery. Easy to disassemble and run through the dishwasher. However, because there is no way for air to circulate through it (side to side), the knives inserted into the slotted area remain wet. A design modification could correct that. So far there is no corrosion on the rack - which is a vast improvement over previous dishracks I have used.Pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this dish rack recently for my kitchen. Disclaimer: we are a busy family with 5 teenagers in the house and own a dishwasher. The dish rack is easy to clean and you could easily disinfect it in the dishwasher. It was also really easy to put together. But it isn’t very big and if you do a lot of dishes by hand it could be not big enough for you. I like the way the dishes would sit on it and the cups, glasses etc. It also has separate slots for big and small knives so they would not get banged up with the other utensils. Unfortunately, it is not too sturdy. One plastic cutting board on the wrong place and it could all come down. If the metal material that it is made out of was a bit heavier maybe that would not be a problem.Overall I like it but not sure if it would be a keeper if I didn’t have the dishwasher, but for a few things is just fine....

My cups fall off the the cup holder also the cup holders are too thick to fit my baby’s bottles... smaller than I expected I feel like my cheap sterlite one from Walmart holds more and definitely held my cups better the cup holders really suck... only thing they hold well is a wine glass... I wish I hadn’t used this and just returned it and got something better ... not worth the money

A nice quality rack. I wouldn't call it a large capacity rack though. More of a medium capacity rack. Not much, if any, room for pots and pans especially if you have plates and cups from your dinner. Perfect for a 2 person home but if your a family of 4 and had wash dishes after a meal it is a tight fit for your meals dishes. You'll be hanged dying your food prep pots and pans so you have room for your plates and cups. Also the tray the rack sits on is a little bellied center once unpacked. Hopefully it will flatten but water coming off of dishes doesn't drain to sink unless I tip it to let the water run off. Hopefully it will flatten some quickly. Overall though a nice quality rack that looks nice.

Good overall dish drainer but does have a couple of shortcomings. First of all, the base platform does not drain properly so you do have standing water that you have to drain. This means you have to lift the wire mesh off the platform and then lift the platform and turn it over to drain the water off. I also didn't want to order the 2 level version but do find this a little small.

This looked nice, reasonably functional holding dishes and cutlery, but using the provided glass holders drains the glass outside the drain tray.The biggest problem for me is that the tray does not drain readily. I have a flat countertop with an under counter sink. The water collects in the tray away from the drain. I am looking for a drain tray that is slightly sloped toward the sink. This is definitely not it.

This unit works but does not drain. It has constant stains in the drip pan from standing water as there is no decline in the drip tray. I would not buy again for this reason. Water dries and leaves a water stain from the puddle.

Warning: If you are clumsy, this is not for you. My husband and I both knocked plates out of the rack. 1 plate broke and I had a big mess to clean up. I could only put with it for 2 days, then ordered a traditional dish drying rack, which I have no problems with. Also, water doesn't drain right and sits in the tray.
