Lumber Jack track saw
This is my 2nd track saw I prevously had the Triton saw.The Lumber jack saw is highly functional and great value for the money. I'm using for braking down sheets of ply and MDF using an MFT table. I replaced the blades for a finer tooth Trend (48t). So far the saw has performed perfectly. The rails apparently fit the Festool rails. Just beware that Lumber Jacks version lacks a groove on the outside top and this is important as items such as a stop or simliar cannot be mounted to the rail. I have a rail square and this works quite well. Also you can only buy rails of 1400mm which are joined in the centre. The answer is to pickup some 2nd hand Festool rails (1400mm) although I cannot verify the saw will fit !Eventially if I use my track saw enough i will replace it with a Festool one. But for now its great value and Tool Serve the agents appear to provide support for their products which is good.

Great
This easily competes with the likes of festool dewalt makita etc I'd actually say its better than dewalt I find the dewalt splutters and judders and the makita cuts out, this is more like a £350 festool plunge saw, smooth easy glides, very easy to use has all the settings you need on it and it's compatible with my festool rails.... overall its a great product one I now use daily on my jobs.Cons - power cable needs to be alot longer at least double the length.-rails are pretty small but on a plus that works great for storage if your short on space.

If you buy cheap you will pay twice
Used it to cut 12 mm MDF first few cuts I'm talking 4 on 5 kept cutting out, start stop start stop so infuriating read the reviews on it said no one had any problems how wrong I was. Only bought it for a small quick project. I have sent it back still waiting for refund as it was a small company not Amazon directly that's another lesson, if it's not from Amazon directly don't bother. One very dissatisfied costumer
