Glad I finally invested in a lightweight hose. Very much easier to manage. It does take some adjusting technique - best to pull the hose out all the way in the direction it is needed and then turn on; you need to keep the nozzle spray head on after turning off the water at the hose bib to leak out all water as this is what helps it shrink back to size.I do wish the hanging hook was more substantial to fit over the hose bib and have more hanging room. But it can be installed on a hook or screws on the wall. I just don’t want to drill near plumbing.The fabric out material is too easily snagged - hence why it does not get perfect star marks. I had no issue with this across mulch and grass, but it snagged badly expanding across my stone patio, especially the edge of the patio. Careful maneuvering helps with stone surfaces but it is something to be mindful of.I liked having the extra spray heads but I do wish the sellers offered a hose only option that could be used for extensions. I ended up with 3 extra nozzle heads as I needed an extension hose.Oh and if you hate snakes be ready for the initial creepy feeling watching this hose expand. I had to laugh at my crawling skin. The coloring of the hose did not help 😂

I have purchased these hoses twice. Because of the pressure they see (150 psi) I never leave them on. I use them shut them off and drain them. They are not left out in the winter and are not used on concrete. Both hoses at a year failed completely at just under one year.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been using this every day since it arrived. The water pressure is great, and although I haven't checked to see how long it actually gets, it is doing everything I wanted it to do. I have used the green nozzle that was included and it has worked great. I didn't expect it to, but I have no complaints so far. I did get the extended warranty on it because the reviews indicated it would fail. So far I love it although it did startle me the first time I turned it on as I thought there was a large snake slithering behind the bushes! LOL

I purchased this hose and rarely use it. It failed.I researched my order history on Amazon to learn about the warranty, if any. Rather than display warranty information, Amazon directs you to contact the manufacturer but fails to provide contact information.A Google searched on "Fienvo" failed to show any results.If this hose has a warranty, where can I find it and how to I file a claim?Amazon should provide a link to the manucturer rather than simply state to contact them.

Hose failed after only minimal use. Never left under pressure, coiled, and stored under cover on rack provided.Was great while it lasted but should have lasted longer. For infrequent use I expected not to have to purchase another hose for some time. The warranty through the company was meaningless as they did not respond.

I love the hose, and after using it for the entire summer before writing this, I and finally give an honest assessment:The hose really works as promised, and the extra sprayers are a nice bonus. The one issue I have is that the brass ends are actually a little TOO beefy! They're well made and function fine; it's just that there's so much brass there they're a bit heavy for the job. Overkill comes to mind. Not a deal breaker as the hose is really nice, I'd still buy another as a gift for someone.

Light weight, easy on the back. Would have given a 5 star had the plastic nozzle given more water pressure. I attached my steel plated one from another hose and now it works great. Would buy this hose again.

I bought one back in 2020 and by 2022 start to have leaks. At that point I reached out to them and they sent me new one. I'm very pleased with their customer service.
