Product had a few flaws, but is backed by excellent customer service
Pros1. Good looking case, seemingly made with care2. Well aligned cutouts; all the buttons are easily accessible3. Soft fabric on the inside of the flapCons1. Weak magnetic clasp. It doesn't seen to have sufficient hold to keep the iPad standing upright. Keeps collapsing every few minutes.2. The case is about a millimeter or two thicker than the iPad Pro 9.7. That means it doesn't have a tight grip on the iPad. The tablet wobbles a little inside the case.Edit: While the content of the above review is sound, I have to acknowledge the excellent responsiveness of the company to my feedback. They wrote back to offer a full refund if I wasn’t fully satisfied, and I’m very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to their product. I’m raising my rating to 4 stars.

Nice and smooth
Nice and smooth. Smells like cheap plastic when u first open package but I laid it out on the sun a few hours and smell went completely away.

You cannot use this cover as a stand because father weight of the newest iPad Air, 10.5”.
The iPad Air is too heavy to use this cover efficiently. Not a good choice.
