Garfield And Friends: Season 2

I've already reviewed G&F Season 1 so I will keep this brief, since my other review would cover this as well. I enjoyed this program as a child and I'm so happy they have restored this show in widescreen. Garfield has never looked better! Lets hope they bring out season 3!

My kids and I really enjoy watching these!

We liked the timely arrival of the DVD and are currently enjoying watching the cartoons. It brings back memories of our childhoods.

This release, like season 1, is based on 9Story's 2018 remaster which was done in 16:9. Yes, the image is cropped but since they're scan of the original film, you do get more visual real estate horizontally. The image is as clean as DVD's can get.The remastering was done in 4K so here's hoping that Viacom or Nickelodeon do release the series on Blu ray or in 4K sometime down the road. For now, despite the aspect ratio issue, this is the best release without a doubt.
