PGX by Natural Factors, WellBetX Ultra Matrix Plus Mulberry, Supports Appetite Control, 180 Count (Pack of 1)

I have ordered these several times and liked them in the old form as capsules. They are now gelcaps and the last bottle I had got slimy. Ordered a new bottle and they are slimy, smell bad, and many gelcaps are broken. Am returning the bottle.

About 15 of the capsules broke open and the whole container was a gooey mess. I've bought this product before and it was fine.

It does work to control appetite but you always have to have them with you, since you take before meals. A word of warning, if you take too many, you will suffer the consequences (runs). I take 2 in morning, then usually 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner. Just started to up the dose to two in afternoon but that's about all I can handle. Directions say work your way up to 3 before each meal but there is no way. Not sure if it's good for weight loss as I haven't seen any pounds disappear and I've been taking these for 3-4 mos.

I really notice a difference with this supplement. it cuts down on my sugar cravings

Didn’t work w me

So far I have noticed that this product helps me to stay full longer and therefore I'm eating less. I'm hoping that using this will move me out of the prediabetes category

Like the formula and gels.Too often there are a couple of gels that are broken and makes it messy.

Although I haven't lost much weight in the 4 weeks I've been taking this, my appetite has been reduced so I hope to see some results soon.
