Pretty good solid connectors, of course not as good as CHORD for $35 but this is very good for $10 price.. easy to install

Looking to make a pair of speaker cables using Duelund wires. The finished product is the best pair of speaker cables I've had in my system. For reference, the cables it replaced are ClearDay Shotgun. So, I chose this connector because I wanted banana connections, minimal mass, solderless, cheap and high copper content to match Duelund's copper wires. I could go less mass by using KTE (Eichmann) plugs for minimal mass but they require soldering. This Viborg is the next best thing that doesn't require soldering. And, there is a price differential between this plug and Viborg other plugs. So, after building my first pair with these plugs, I bought more for a second pair of speaker cables using Western Electric wires. Only knock is the copper content is probably low. I put a magnet next to the connector and it is attracted to the magnet. This tells me there is iron/steel beneath the silver plating. That being said, the plug is still a fantastic deal and performs way above its price point. Just wish something in the description reflects the purity of copper used.

No heat shrink tubing. Also missing is one screw.

Simple to set up and a solid connection with the set screws. I find it odd that many of these banana plugs are not quite so so straightforward as these are, lol... Not sure what that's about. But these are exactly what I was looking for. I'm no audio aficionado, and these may not be for those folks. But, I wanted simple and sturdy, and that's what these are.

Very nice product

I've had great luck with Viborg products, including their higher end Banana plug systems in the past. But these cheap ones are a failure in their basic function of a tight, consistent connection with the female part of the plug system. The tensioner spring failed after a period of time and they will now just fall out of the connection with almost no pressure. Which means they aren't making a good electrical connection at that point either. Huge black mark for Viborg in my book. Again, I've used a bunch of higher end product including Power (mains) Plugs, Receptacles, other interconnects with great success. Just won't use their lower end stuff again. EDIT Viborg refunded my money. CS responded but unfortunately another of these failed. I would still avoid this particular Viborg product.

These are awesome banana plugs. I’ll never, ever buy another stupid normal banana plug that ALWAYS becomes loose having to constantly keep fixing the tension springs on them. The tension spring on this one doesn’t become loose at all. It has a really nice tight fit. They sound great, build quality is good, very happy with them. Happy enough to buy a second pack even though I don’t necessarily need them.

I will say these fit nice in your amp or speakers, there is a good snugg fit. The problem i have is there metal coated with silver, so there not copper or brass, there drawn to a magnet and thats not a good thing. Now they do make a more pricey model, like alot more pricey, but it says solid copper and silver or gold coated. You get what you pay for here.
