Switches work as advertised, but the LED illumination is pretty much useless since it sits in the main body of the switch, which will be underneath the mounting panel. Paddles themselves are pretty cheap looking...

Just like all the other similar switches at higher price, EXCEPT the light is a bulb, not an LED, and it is hopelessly dim - just does not illuminate through the switch blade ! Worse still, it makes the switch quite hot! If you could get one with an LED light that you see glowing through the toggle blade, it would be worth 5 stars!

Good little switches

I installed one of these switches and it seems to work fine but the blue internal light is so dim that it can only be seen on a very dark night.

I really like these switches for the price and that they light up been using them for racing and color switches keeps from turning on the wrong accessory, and the lights let you no that it’s still on when you need to turn it off , only issue I’ve had over time off/on the switch itself gets loose and eventually it won’t make contact anymore ….

I didn't go any farther than put 12 VDC on the internal switch light circuit to see a tiny light in the case illuminated the case, but did not light the blue plastic switch lever even in a fully dark room. I purchased this switch to be able to locate it quickly on my dashboard in the dark and this wonn't do that. I have no doubt that the switch function works, but the action is very stiff and the base of the lever looks a little on the flimsy side for the stiffness to overcome to operate it. I will put the 5 pieces in my "collection" for a time when I want a simple light-duty on/off, SPDT, switch and I am purchasing another brand and style for my current need.. I clearly would not purchase again.
