It cleans unreachable corner of Sofa, bed , etc.It is value for money.Only problem is OVERHEATING.Need to keep after 10-15 mins of use due to to overheating

Overall product quality is great.Suction power is good, attachments are good, power cord is very long, packaging is also good.No speed control, no extension rod/pipe for suction.Still a Recommended product at this price.

It's a good product. Easy to use and durable also. Plus service is also very good. Agaro team helped me out when I was facing some problems with the machine. They replaced the machine with the new one.

Product good but delivery is poor

Very good product. Very much beneficial for cleaning sofa and other furniture as well. Coustomer care support is also very helpful and fast. After buying the product it's stopped working in 2 months, I raised a complaint and within 7 days they have replaced the vaccum cleaner. Thank you team for the super fast response.

One of the best budgeted handheld vacuum cleaner in the market. This is not my first purchase of AGARO products. Previously I had bought "AGARO Ace 1600 Watts, 21.5 kPa Suction Power, 21 litres Wet & Dry Stainless Steel Vacuum Cleaner with Blower Function and Washable Dust Bag". Using it for a year now. There are, however, some limitations with the big one. It cannot reach the ceiling and specially some corners of the house. So after much thought I went for their handheld vacuum cleaner to make things easy. As I had already used their product so I went for this vacuum cleaner confidently and I can say I haven't been disappointed till date.Now, coming to the product, all the details about the product are mentioned on the product page and also by most of the reviewers here. I have nothing to elaborate on that, rather I would like to through some light on the pros and cons from my point of view.It came in original box packing. No Amazon packing was there except for Amazon printed tape wrapped around the product. Luckily, neither the packaging nor the product was damaged.Pros:1. The Vacuum cleaner has a premium look.2. It has a Sturdy built quality, weighing around 1.35Kg.3. The Vacuum cleaner and its attachments are of good quality and don't look flimsy at all unlike most of its counterparts under the same segment and 2k price bracket.4. As it's handheld it is easy to move around with its 5m power cord and reach most of the nooks and corners of the room.5. The Suction power is sufficient for cleaning small spaces, ceiling, fans, AC filters, sofa, table, curtains, carpets, mattresses, car interior etc. where high suction power is not required. (It is not recommended for floor cleaning as no floor cleaning attachment is provided and also the suction power is not enough for cleaning the floor and will in turn overheat the device on prolonged period of use).6. Attachments provided are sufficient for normal cleaning purpose.7. Cleaning the filter is very easy, just take a brush and remove the dust around the filter and then wash it under running tap water. (Use of hot/warm water is not recommended, otherwise the filter will get damaged). Normal air drying is recommended.8. No overheating issue found while using it for 5 mins at a stretch.Cons:As nothing is perfect in this world so does this product.1. Heats up quickly to 45°C within 2 mins of usage, which is normal and bearable. But, it also cools down fast. So, giving a few minutes break is essential and a good practice in terms of longevity, not only for this product but also, for all Vacuum cleaners as all of them have this premature heating issue.2. Decrease in Suction power is one of the major cons for these type of vacuum cleaners, as the filter gets clogged quickly and needs to clean it often.3. There is no option for buying spare Filters once the provided one gets exhausted. The company should have provided at-least one spare filter along with the product. Otherwise, it would be an use and throw product. To safeguard the filter I put a layer of tissue paper above the filter while using the vacuum cleaner.4. No blower function, may be due to low powered (800 watts) motor.5. Unavailability of additional attachments and spare filters from the Company are another major cons that needs to be addressed.So, considering all the facts it is a good purchase for light to medium usage under 1.5K price tag. Giving 4 stars only for unavailability of spare Filter and additional attachments for purchase.
