Why Aren't You Making Haystacks?
You're using your Jif peanut butter WRONG. Yeah, I said it. What you SHOULD be doing, is making crunchy, creamy, delightfully tasty no-bake haystacks. Don't know what haystacks are? Shame on you. Here's what you need:1. One package of butterscotch chips (11 ounces).2. 1/2 Cup of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (8 tablespoons)3. One 5 ounce can of La Choy brand Chow Mein NoodlesMaking Haystacks:1. Place wax paper on a tray or cookie sheet.2. Put butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl.3. Heat in microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between cooking. You want it gradually heated until smooth; heating for too long will mess up the texture (and you will have to add a bit of cooking oil to smooth it back out).4. When the mixture is nice and smooth, add in the crunchy Chow Mein noodles. Stir until the noodles are all coated with the mixture.5. Using a spoon, scoop up about a tablespoon of the mixture, and drop onto the wax paper (dessert or cupcake paper liners can also be used).6. Give it a few hours for them to set.The best way to store them is in an airtight container at room temperature. Definitely do not freeze them. You can refrigerate them, but it might make them a little too firm. These make excellent gifts if you put finished haystacks into a cookie tin. Some of my fellow Southerners will add a half cup of cocktail peanuts and/or mini marshmallows to the mixture for a fun texture. I like to stick to just the main three ingredients, though. You can find butterscotch chips in the baking section of most grocery stores, and chow mein noodles in the Asian/International aisle.Another fun way to present haystacks is to shape them like little bird nests, and add a mini chocolate or candy-coated egg to the center of each one. You can also experiment by using chocolate Jif, or adding chocolate chips to the mixture when heating it up.Haystacks are something of a Christmas confectionery tradition in the Deep South. Although they can obviously be enjoyed any time of year. Jif peanut butter is fantastic for making these tasty treats. And the low price certainly doesn't hurt, either. Add a few jars of Jif peanut butter to your shopping cart now, as well as some butterscotch chips and chow mein noodles, while you're at it. You'll be making this wonderful dessert before you know it - just save some for me!

Great tasting Jiff Peanut Butter, yum!
Really yummy peanut butter. I ate it much faster than my usual brand. I may have to hide the 3rd jar so I won't devour it too quickly. With the increase in food prices I'd been buying store brands and less expensive peanut butter but Jiff and Skippy might be worth the extra cost if you can't really afford the higher end possibly more healthy options. This is good quality peanut butter, thick, tasty, creamy, not too sweet. I liked that I got 3 jars, I intended for that to slow down my use but it really did not, lol. I am having to exert massive willpower not to open the 3rd jar.

Creamy, peanut butter
Love the texture and taste of Jif peanut butter. Jif is great for not having the oil separate, good shelf life, not having to refrigerate and easy to spread. Taste like childhood. A spoon full with an apple is a perfect snack. A peanut butter taco (1 slice of bread wrapped around peanut butter) is a great out the door hold you over or bedtime treat.

Great price, and quantity.
Great price and quality. I love that they are in 3 containers to control the amount of oil that settles. With having them this way, I never end up with it turning oily. It will stay fresher, and better tasting. Jiff is the only PB that I really love, and it's so smooth. Great source of protein.

Jif is good. Simply Jif is better.
Good price for good product. But Simply Jif is better, healthier.

This is a good set
These jars were in a nice, reusable box instead of simply being loose in the shipping box. That impressed me. They have good expiration dates and the price was good compared to local stores. I’m a Jif lover at heart. Store brands don’t always taste as good. These jars are a nice size because you can get the knife in without getting peanut butter on your wrist and hand. Just right for a single person or small family. I like the set of three because there are back up jars. They’re well sealed, so they’ll last a long time. Jif has molasses, which gives it a richer taste. I like the natural Jif, too, but this kind tastes good on everything. It’s always creamy and easy to spread. I love it with apples or bananas, too.

Pure joy in a can!
If loving this peanut butter is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Smooth, creamy, and dangerously spoonable. I’ve eaten it on bread, fruit, pretzels, and straight from the jar while standing in my kitchen at midnight questioning my life choices. This is the gold standard. All other peanut butters are just trying to be Jif. I easy destroy these jars with a couple weeks. Perfect ingredients, perfect oil and easy to use.
