Stressful
I bought the elephant baby sampler, it came quickly. When I opened the kit the Aida material was barley enough to do the design let alone frame it. The colour pattern and outline pattern were on the same pattern sheet so some coloured stitches were covered by the outline pattern so are easily missed, it is also not easy to follow some of the outline pattern due to the graph sheet the pattern is on. The instructions are a little difficult to work out as it is translated into english and also not very clear instruction. The balloon on the packaging picture is further away from the elephant than on the pattern sheet but that is not a huge thing.My main stress over this was the fact I was making it for a friends daughter on her first child and wanted to frame it. Unfortunately there is not enough Aida material so I do not know what I am going to do, I may just be able to do it but it may pull the edges and fray them too much. It would have been better to have an extra 2 inches of Aida material. Therefore a very stressful time and so I will not be buying from this company again.

Plenty of thread.
You need to start a bit higher than the centre the pattern says as there is not much fabric left at bottom to frame with. Lovely kit. Plenty of thread. I love Anchor threads as they don’t get rough as you stitch. There is probably just enough thread to do another one.

Nice cross stitch
Ideal for what I wanted, Mother pleased with finished present. Took me a long time as not experienced but was easy to follow, I’m just slow. I bought a frame to gift it to new mother.

Good but not enough thread
My wife likes the product but unfortunately there is not enough thread to finish the pattern. However fortunately I had ordered 2 by mistake so this enabled her to finish and avoided any earache. Supplier needs to review quantity of thread provided.
