it worked excellently
This was a gift for my son who had three horrible can openers. I've never seen someone so excited about a can opener, but it's the little things. He stated it worked excellently and tossed the other openers.

Great for arthritic hands!
Very easy to use, even with my rheumatoid and osteo arthritis! My old electric opener died on me. I debated for weeks whether it was worth having a cleared off counter in exchange for having to use a hand crank can opener. Ugh! I thought manual openers were all the same and that I would never be able to fully open a can regardless which one I chose. This opener proved me wrong... The opener has a very comfortable ergonomic handlhandle that turns smoothly and easily.
