Defective
The microphone did not work and I had to return it... otherwise it looks like a good computer. But is the second time I find a very good price for a laptop in Amazon and something doesn’t work and I have to return it. Very disappointed for losing my time.I call Amazon, then Dell support, they kept transferring my call to the next person Until I hanged up and decided to return it...

Defective camera, poor warranty service from PConline365 and Dell
We are not very happy with PConline365 and Dells timely response to repair the defective camera. The video image is poor at best, fuzzy and extremely distorted. This is completely unsatisfactory. As a professor, she is conducting virtual learning for her students and teacher observations are hard to conduct. Please let us return for a new laptop, waiting 6 weeks just to get a technician out is also unsatisfactory. We were advised, October is the earliest repair date. Sincerely Glenn
