Is this a leave-in topical solution? Does it spray both products on at the same time?

It is a leave-in. There are separate nozzles that can be sprayed individually but there is a "cap" that attaches to both and and presses them at the same time. It's recommended that you apply 5 sprays but I assume this means 5 of both with that cap. There is no cap that prevents the nozzles from being pressed.
