Trust trust charming!
The machine has good power and is well balanced. What I liked most was that after the included wheel were lost in shipping how Trust charming was easy to work with. The good people there generally reimbursement me the cost to replace the wheels.

It does an acceptable job.
I use this for putting a finish on stainless steel. It did the job and it did the job probably better than the last tool that I used. It may be a little bit low on power. I'll see how it does under continuous use.

Works
We bought this tool to clean BBQ grills. It’s done the job for the past few months.

Complete junk
Purchased it to strip boards. Within 3 boards I began to smell burning. 2 more boards and smoke is rolling out and a hollow rattling noise could be heard. I let it set for 10 minutes and try to press trigger. Now it wont even start unless you hold it upside down and then at 1/4 speed. My entire weekend project is on hold while I wait for a replacement.

Works okay but I'd buy a different one if I had to get another one...
I purchased this to finish metal I cut on a cnc plasma machine I made. It works ok... it has power and the included pads are suitable for polishing but do not remove dross. I purchased other 40 grit pads from eastwood which are a little loose on this machine but still work and they do a better job at sanding and polishing but not a complete solution for dross. With all of that said, mine came with instructions for a completely different tool from China and a pack of springs which I have no idea what they are for. Also the bolt that holds the pad tends to loosen itself during operation. The thing I like the least is the odd design of the plug... because of its design it does not want to stay plugged in which is very odd. I kept mine but if I had to do it again I'd roll the dice on another cheap model.

Don't expect much.
Was putting a brushed finish on aluminum. Handle kept coming loose. The weight makes it difficult to use for very long at one time. ALL of the aluminum dust gets sucked into the machine and shorted it out. Would probably be ok on non conductive materials. Was able to clean it enough to restart but for how long remains a mystery. If it lasts a couple of weeks I'll be happy.

Functions as expected
Nice. Using this to take off cracking paint. Does well but need sander to follow up. Wear glasses and a mask.
