This knife works great on cutting tape on boxes. Breaking off the blade once dull is a little tricky. Otherwise a great knife.

All time fave knife. Buy everytime i need replacement.

The knife works great, but when I received it, the package was opened and the replacement blades were missing. Other than that, I love these utility knives and would recommend it.

Not a cheapey! I've tried a few and the Hyde are my favorite. I'm a repeat buyer and lover of this knife.

Nice quality. Feels solid, not rickety, but isn't too heavy either. Very happy with this purchase. I bought this for opening normal boxes sent through UPS or the mail, i.e. not for industrial strength use, so I have not stress tested it.

I keep this in the kitchen to open all my Amazon boxes!

I’m a tailor, and this knife stays at hand full time for ripping. The snap off blades can be had anywhere, but I need a handle that works for a living too. This knife has substance; it feels solid in the hand. Other snap off blade knives are cheap, flimsy, or weak, I even had one that rattled, but this one is sets the standard.
