MegaGearCanon PowerShot SX740 Universal Camera Case

There’s a loop on the reverse side of the case that fits PERFECTLY over my backpack strap. The case is the perfect size for the camera and cleaning cloth. I was going to keep an extra battery in the case, but twice in a row when taking the camera out of the case, the extra battery ended up on the ground...just too snug a fit to carry extras. I was ok with that seeing I had a zipper compartment in my backpack, so I just kept it there. Being able to attach it to my backpack made it super convenient. I was on a two day hike and didn’t have to carry anything. When not hiking, it has a great should strap for carrying. Really happy with purchase.

It's pretty much what I expected as far as quality. However, there are 2 design flaws:1. The shoulder strap is barely long enough if you're a broad-chested guy. If you're over about a 52 inch chest, it's not going to fit. At 52", it fits high but not too high, so it's workable.2. The shoulder strap attachments on the case are located below the center of gravity. What that means is that the case inverts once it's not laying against you. It also means when it swings back against you it's either upside down or laying horizontally, i.e. sticking out instead of laying flat against you.

The only drawback as far as features they say it has is that flipping it open to take a quick picture while still in the case is not possible. They lost a star for that. There is no way the camera can operate while in the case.I didn't plan to use it like that so it suits my needs. The leather has a nice nostalgic quality since it's real leather. We don't get that often anymore.

Got the case to hold a new Canon Powershot SX740 and the fit was perfect and should give the camera excellent protection.. I got it in brown and it has a quality, retro look. The strap extends enough to carry it crossbody on my shoulder. Somewhere I read that you could take pictures while the camera is in the case, but that’s is not true.

I like the design and ease of use..

Bought it in preference to the black case which Canon provides.There is a bit of a problem in that the fastening sometimes sounds caught when it hasn't, so the camera falls out! Not good. So you have to really check.

Quality leather, well made, strong protection from knocks, good secure magnetic closing catch.

Ho preso questa custodia per la mia Fujifilm X70, nella quale entra per miracolo (ma d'altronde lo sapevo già visto che è progettata per altre fotocamere). Quel che mi ha deluso è la tracolla: di bassa qualità e molto corta, in pratica non si può indossare come la classica tracolla, ma solo al collo come se fosse un badge.Ho risolto il problema sostituendola con un'altra, ma aver speso quasi 25€ per questa custodia e trovarmi una tracolla da 4 soldi, mi sembra un po' esagerato.Metto 3 stelle solo perchè mi ha risolto il problema di non riuscire a trovare nessuna custodia per la mia fotocamera, per il resto non mi sento di consigliarla.
