I chose this unit because it featured dual phone and battery case charging, it didn’t weigh a ton, provided some phone protection, and most important, used the lightning jack, which enables use of wired headphones. The initial unit that arrived had the same charging problem others have mentioned. I’d initiated a return, but the company, Roger Electronics, reached out and contacted me. It’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent me a new battery case, had fast and accurate communication, and didn’t even require return of the one that didn’t work. The new case is dual charging exactly as advertised. The charge button on the back works as described. There are some chargers with higher mah ratings, but they’re bulkier and heavier, and as near as I can determine, all use the inferior microUSB jack. Now that this one is operational, I’m seriously impressed. It doesn’t have a screen protector, so if you want one, it’s an easy Item to pick up from a 3rd party vendor.

I'm on my second case, the first the internal firewire connector broke. Amazon replaced it promptly, so that was good, but I feel that part is a bit flimsy. Besides that I am overall happy with the product. I find it easy to install the phone in the case, and the case size/weight works well for me, not to big. I know the trade-off is in battery size, but its good for more than one total recharge a day, and that makes it so my phone can go all day without worry.I would (and have) bought a second one, for my son.

This case worked, stopped working and now kinda works . It’s very finicky but does work enough for it to be mostly worth the low cost. Some of the problems: It almost never allows my plug in charger to pass through charge my phone to 100% and sometimes doesn’t allow pass through charging my phone at all. But the case battery almost always charges my phone, when the case has juice. The headphone pass through works intermittently. I only recommend this product If you don’t mind the flaws. And remember there are a lot of versions of the same product on Amazon. So watch the model numbers when comparing.

These are Chinese junk and they don’t last long. The charging port wears out and the battery quickly runs out of capacity.

I previously had a cheaper charging case which was a pain to use and would turn itself on/off all the time.This case is much more solid and more thoughtfully constructed. Worth it. I get maybe 1.25 to 1.5 full charges of my 2020 iPhone SE out of it.

My iPhone's battery is pretty depleted and could barely make it through half a day on its own. With this case, my phone actually lasts for the full day (I typically get two full recharges each day from the case). I like that I can charge both my phone and the case at the same time each night and I also like that the case really doesn't add that much wait. I added a PopSocket and barely noticed a change from my previous protective case :)

It worked wonderfully for awhile and it’s easy to put on and take off. But two weeks after the return window closed it stopped taking a charge. I’m very disappointed because I really liked the case.

I have an iPhone 6S, and is quite old to re-replace the battery, and honestly, the original or even counter fit battery is like CA$50~CA$80, not worth the investment. I would recommend anyone to get this type of battery cases and they can help the phone to stay alive for a while.Regarding the battery case, is good. Not as big and provides a good grip. ONE THING, I will recommend you to pull gently when you put the phone in, the edge from the volume gets a bit bend. The duration of the case is good, it does provide a full charge and maybe a bit more.UPDATE:After using it for several weeks end up annoyed by the button pads; power, volume up/down. They are extremely sensitive and placed in the wrong position. I mean you can press the lower side of the button and it still clicks them, there are several times I am playing a game and click on the buttons. The only good thing is how thin it is, but once you get into the problems of the buttons you will want to kill this case.

Juice Pack purchase lasted only a few weeks before the Lighting Port became dislodged and blocked from being recharged. There were no drops or damages to the case. Requested a refund from Amazon, instead the Seller immediately contacted and offered to replaced the defective model. After nearly 3 months of heavy use, I'm completely satisfied and strongly recommend IPhone SE users to purchase.Being an extremely heavy user for business for calls, video chats and emails, SE never lasts more than 3-5 hours. Battery on the phone was already below average. So spending $300-$450 more for the higher models, the Juice Pack solves the biggest problem with the SE. Case increases the battery life by 3X by simply pressing the button on the rear. Charging is simple, plug into the bottom of the case and charge the phone normally until and case afterwards. It also works with Lightning Headphones. Wireless charging does not work.It does double the size and weight of the phone, but it's not overwhelming. Slight lip on the front to prevent scratches while facing down. A single piece case, so you'll need to slide the corners at the top and push upwards due to be being snug in releasing the phone. Case provides some protection, beyond light falls charging electronics could easily be damaged.The idea case for business, heavy users or travellers. It looks great, light weight, exceptional battery life and reasonable price. Great product and extremely pleased on the quality.

This is a fairly slim battery case which is exactly what I was looking for. It has enough power to charge it fully and so far I have not run into any issues. You don’t need to remove the case to charge it you just plug it in and phone and case will charge. Installing the phone is easy but you have to make sure you put it in straight as to not bend the lightning port. Overall happy with the price and product quality so far.Update: having trouble charging with this consistently especially when connected to a lightning power source.

Stopped to use my old iPhone ( iPhone 8) several months ago due to the poor battery capacity. A month ago I decided to give this iPhone to my son, so I bought this battery case for him. This case protect the phone very well, it covers the corner firmly. Of cause the main fuction of this case is a extended battery for my phone. I never need to worry about the battery running out since the battery case been used. It is light weight according to the battery capacity, but it is enough.

I ordered this battery phone case for my iphone 8s because I like the phone but was only getting a half day charge. I was a bit concerned about this case because some reviewers had some trouble with it fully charging. But I heard that the customer service was good so I decided to go with this company rather than taking a chance on another company. I really liked the phone case, and it did charge up my phone up to 3 times before needing to plug it in. So I am pretty happy with the product overall. But occasionally I was having to plug it in twice to get the full charge on both the case and the phone itself. (It would stop charging after the case was charged and not finish charging the phone as well without this extra step.)This was a bit of pain because I wanted it all to be done overnight with out having to worry about having to pull the charger out and back in again. I wrote the Amazon who put me through to the company to ask about it and they sent me a new charger phone case in 24 hours! I now have the new updated model and I am so pleased with the prompt customer service. I will see if the problem is solved but trust this company to help me if I continue to struggle. And for the most part it was working for me as it was before but was slightly inconvenient to have to re plug in to continue the phone charging.
