I bought this product, and others like it, in the past in an attempt to avoid becoming a diabetic like some of my family members are. I have always had nearly normal, or normal, test results for blood sugar whether I used this product or not. However, I have been high on tests for triglycerides and I am using this to keep those levels under control. I am also hoping that this will help me with belly fat too.I have not had any blood work done since I started using this product this time around so I can't say if it is working on my triglycerides. I seem to have lost a little belly fat, but I still weigh around 200 pounds. So, I can't honestly say if it is working or not, but I have had no problems with it.
