First off, this is a quality product. We love the stying and sound. So nice to have an actual AM/FM radio in a great sounding smart speaker that doesn’t look out of place in any room. Set up was very finicky, but manageable despite the sparse instruction manual. However, there is one major drawback that you need to know! If you enable Alexa, Spotify gets shut off by default and you have to connect via Bluetooth only. This is almost a deal breaker for us. Aside from timers, the occasional question and a shopping list, asking Alexa to play music on Spotify is really the only thing we use it for. If this doesn’t sound like an issue to you, by all means doesn’t hesitate to purchase this product. You can still stream music from your own library and from Amazon Music through Alexa. But, we don’t subscribe to Amazon Music, so this appears to be a frustrating licensing issue that I don’t feel should exist in device this expensive.

Nice sound, elegant retro looksBut be ware: as other users reviewed, the CDs don't start playing until about 8 seconds into the first track. You may hit "play" button and thinking something wrong with your CD.This unit is good for Jazz, Light rock, pop, instrumental, radio etc...don't input heavy bass musics such as rap or hiphop dance, you will definitely not like the bass sound.

Yes, it’s expensive, quirky, and the set up and the controls can be fiddly (as the Brits would say), but once you figure it out, set it up, and get a chance to listen to it, you will be astounded by the clarity of the speakers. The four drivers deliver a pleasingly warm sound. The white cabinet is remarkably beautiful.

Really impressed with the sound quality. Have bought from Tivoli before and have been very satisfied with the sound quality. But this one takes it to another level. It has everything you need to enjoy your music: CD, FM, Internet Radio.I am using the LAN connection and I'm very pleased with so many stations to chose. Will never go back to FM.Superb Bass and just listening to music is so nice. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I only wished that it would be easier to learn right away. You have to consult the manual until you learn how to operate. 5 stars for the sound quality.

All the plastic wrapping have sign of previous clear tape. The Speaker cloth it have been finished with poor craftsmanship, or previous owner damaged, for $750 + tax i was specking way more.

I got this device to replace my old, multipart system. Overall, I'm pleased. The sound quality, range of functions, size, and appearance are excellent.Four stars instead of five because of a few minor glitches. The ones I've noticed so far: CDs don't start playing until about 8 seconds into the first track; appropriate radio volume is about one-third that of CDs and streamed music; and the date sometimes gives month and date, other times just the month. These are little things, perhaps to be expected if you're among the first to own a new product. But it seems weird Tivoli didn't notice them before the product came to market.

I never owned a quality stereo system, my experience thus far has been great. I cannot get over how real the sound is, especially when listening to talk radio. The system also has Alexa, so it has been easy to stream and extend the use of my existing Alexa using this system.

Thanks for asking. Gee. Given that it was defective and I had to return it, and the replacement unit is late in shipping, the question is difficult to answer. I do own seven other Tivoli Audio products, so obviously I really like their prior products. But reviewing this one is tough without having received a working unit.
