Works well, easy clean up
I am ordering more filter bags because my first set worked so well. For the past 28 years I've used the thick Toddy filters, but this is much easier to clean. They are thin and could rip, but I haven't had any problems with this. I can dump the grounds in my garden and then dispose of the bag without ripping it.

Makes the toddy system much easier to use!!
These filters save a lot of time and cleanup - and they make my reusable filters last longer! I haven’t had a filter rip yet (some other reviews said they are flimsy, but I haven’t had a problem). Wet paper is never very strong, so I carry the whole toddy maker to my yard waste container, and then remove the paper filter with the grounds. I will never be without these again, now that I know they exist!!

Tears easily.
Terrible. Tears so easily when filled in toddy canister with coffee and water.

Absolutely worth it - especially for the ease to cleaning
Before buying I came across numerous reviews indicating how delicate and prone to ripping these filters were but decided to "gamble". I've used them twice so far and have NO issue removing them from the tub with ease and no incidents of tears or spills.UPDATE - 10/7/2024: Used these all summer and again still had no issues using them in our Toddy system, and no problems with coffee filtering after steeping and had zero incidents of rips or tears. When beginning the steeping process it's recommended you twist the filter bag shut, and this makes it easier to lift the bag out for disposal.Overall - these are 100% worth it when it comes to how much easier and faster it makes clean-up after filtering the coffee into the carafe.

Adequate - does the job
I got a package of 30. I like the price. They’re not as strong as the original Toddy product, but they do the job. I handle gently to avoid tearing.

Replacement for Toddy cold brew system
Second order of these. Works well with Toddy cold brew system. Much less mess than without filter.

Makes cleanup easy!
The media could not be loaded. I honestly don't know why people have trouble with these filters. I've been using this brand for over a year now and just ordered more. I allow the coffee to brew overnight (9+hrs) before I pull the bottom plug to drain the coffee out of the plastic container into the carafe. Then I put the plug back in, carry the plastic grounds container over to my trash can & carefully lift the paper filter with grounds out & into the trash can. I don't know if other reviewers are trying to lift the paper filter out without draining the coffee first, or they aren't using the other thick filter with it, or they don't grab hold of the entire top, or what. But I haven't had an issue with the paper filter tearing except maybe the first time I used one, when I immediately realized you needed to lift it out carefully. I think these are great! They make cleanup SO easy. Highly recommend!

Be Prepared for a Mess!
I bought these filters to use in my Toddy brewer. I had used the Toddy brand before, and they made cleanup so easy - just remove the bag and toss everything into the compost. These were cheaper than the Toddy filters, and came with more, so I decided to give them a shot. After using the first one this morning, I realize that I should've splurged the extra $7 for the Toddy brand. Before removing the bag, I press down gently to get all of the liquid out, and this bag tore so easily. As I grabbed it to remove it, it tore more. It just kept tearing. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get it out without getting coffee grounds everywhere. It did its job in brewing and filtering, but the mess is not worth the money I saved. I'll try again for my next batch, but I feel like I'd be better off not using the bag at all and just pouring the grounds directly into the Toddy.
