Everything was as described but after spending an hour putting all the pieces together, i noticed it is missing a piece and now I can’t complete it. Its frustrsting because i definitely do not want to take this all apart and redo all this w a new package but now I feel like I didn’t get my full money worth.

This is great very sturdy lasted long

Stated coming apart within two month, had to take it apart 3 different times even bought glue spent more money and time.

I looked at so many and went with this one and I am so happy I did!!!

Bought this item in September last year and I regret ever fiber in me that I did. This show rack cannot even hold 50 pairs of baby soft shoes. I was excited at first when I made the purchase as the price was reasonable, (10 tiers, 50 pairs of shoes why not) I assembled it myself as that was easy but started packing the shoes from the bottom up and before I could reach the 4th tier to the top I started hear it a crackling sound, the metal pieces started to bend in different angels and the plastic that joins the metal frames together broke. Had to throw out majority of the pieces and now i only have 4 tiers left that I put my 2 year old shoes on as that's the only thing this can hold. I wouldn't recommend it.
