Great product easy to fit and easily removed however, the carbon fibre one doesn’t make the ‘ding’ noise when it says all gen 2 do it, I saw a video when someone took it off it does it is there any way how to make it do it or how to take the collar off?

Quick release feels solid, easy enough to install (though there weren't any instructions that I can see). The only downside I can see is that the supplied screws are very very soft and the heads strip very easily.Feels nice and solid with no play (beyond what was already in the rack/column). I fitted to a Mk1 MX5 using a boss adaptor from eBay.Also includes rings to give you a ground for the horn which is a nice touch.

Beware, the one I ordered does NOT ding regularly, maybe 10% of the time. Not sure if I need to wear it in or anything, on top of this the collar is not currently locking in place every time and the pin lock has to be pushed to remove the steering. Not amused or impressed for the best part of 100 quid.

I coupled this with the proper NRG steering wheel hub for the Kawasaki Mule. It all came together very well and now I can remove the steering wheel to the Mule when I am in for the night and no longer have to be concerned someone will try to steal the Mule. It's a little hard to drive without the steering wheel. Everything works great and I would recommend this setup to anyone needing a similar setup for their UTV.

I needed a new one of these but I wanted something that was also visually striking. And this does not disappoint. The color is amazing. I have this in my car that is almost 30 years old. I would absolutely buy this again. And in addition to it looking good, it also is a good product. I've been using it for about a month now with no issues. I pop my steering wheel on and off on occasion just to make sure the product is good. It's nice.

NRG Innovations es sinónimo de calidad con respecto a los Quick Release, construido de materiales excelentes, lo puedes notar al tomarlo en las manos, sus acabados son un deleite visual, pero sobre todo, funciona como se espera, fuerte, solido y confiable.Y si son de los que les agrada el sonido característico de este sistema al colocar el volante, debo decirles que disfrutaran mucho con este.Llevo casi un año con el y no se siente que se haya desgastado o aflojado en alguno de sus componentes, funciona tan bien como el primer día que lo instale.En mi caso, no tuve ningún inconveniente para dejar funcionando el claxon del automóvil, lo que se incluye en el kit basta y sobra.Hay que aclarar, no trae tornillos para fijar el volante de su elección, esos deben adquirirlos a parte, los tornillos que vienen en el kit son para que fijen el Quick Release con el hub, ojo con eso, no se vayan a confundir.

The quick release came as advertised and came extremely fast. I was blown away. Now I just have to wait for my wheel and adapter 😢. 11/10
