Cool and lightweight
Just as in the description and other reviews this is open on the front and ties with a bow. It’s pretty cool looking and works for my witch costume this year and probably others in the future.

Not hat expected
This skirt is like touching a hard napkin…..not at all what I expected the skirt to feel like! Did not fit as expected either, was way too small! Extremely disappointed as I really like the look of the skirt and was excited to wear it for my costume.

Halloween Skirt
While this skirt is pretty, it did not fit as I expected it too. After reading how everyone else's skirt were bigger than what they expected by one size, mine did not fit that way.

This is perfect
This is going to be perfect for my Halloween witch costume as a “skirt” over leggings. It ties with ribbon, has a couple of tulle layers along the front edges. You will need to either wear leggings or a tulle skirt under it. Go up one size from the sizing chart to ensure it will tie close at the front or close to it.
