I've had the heater installed for about a month and so far it works as advertised. I compared the water bed temp to the heater display and they agree to within a degree F.I really like the unambiguous digital temp display. It's readout is steady if it is at temp and blinks when heating. Nice touch and well worth the up-charge over the dial display. If the bed has been sitting for a while so the heat stratifies in the mattress and then sloshed the display immediately begins to blink, indicating it quickly sensed a change in temp and is re-heating.The digital display eliminates any question what the set and actual temps are. Very nice. Some heaters with dials have no contrast between the numbers and the background and are hard to read and even harder to tell if it is working or failed. The LED digital display solves that.The heat pad is rather stiff and is shipped rolled up. I unrolled and weighted it down for a few hours to flatten it out. That worked good.The heater control comes with mounting screws. i considered putting it on the wall but some claimed the display is too bright or distracting if mounted in view of the bed's occupants. To avoid that but make it readily available I used Velcro to mount it out of view on the side of the bed. So far that works fine.

I have a two-mattress bed. I warmed one mattress from 71°F to 74°F; it took 18 hours to do so. The other mattress was warmed from 71°F to 76°F; it took 26 hours to do so.The temp has held well since and they do a good job of warming the entire mattress.I recommend these heaters.

The product looked a little on the lite side for my California King mattress but has performed fine since the purchase nearly a year ago. The bed stays at a pretty constant temperature even when we get in and out a few times a night.

Wires broke - no known reason - under the water mattress. Burned/melted the hard foam sides around the mattress. Very scary! Very dangerous! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Works well heats bed quickly. Not a big fan of the display flashing when it is drawing current. But works great!!

Only had this for a few weeks before I didn't need to use it for the Summer. I like the digital readout.. it makes it easier to set temp's than the old dial I used to have. Got great reviews everywhere else.. so I have no complaints either.

Worked very well on my softsided waterbed did take a while to get up to the temperature I wanted but once there regulated andmaintains nicely.

I never could get this heater to work properly - I knew it would take a few days to heat up but it never made it to the temp I set it at. Still had to rely on additional heater to keep from freezing my butt off :(
