Good bag
Decent but probably not quite worth what it's being sold for definitely should be five bucks cheaper but still better than other bags. Zipper is still in question. Only cause I have to use a bit of force to zip it or go very very very slow.

Sturdy hot and cold bag with lots of extras
I got the AW delivery bag quite fast. The packaged looked good when arrived and not damaged. When opening you can immediately see and feel the strong and thick fabric material. Inside is the leak-proof bag which works very well – we filled the bag with about 8 gallons of water/ice and no leakage!! It kept our food and drinks hot or cold for many hours which is perfect. It looks great and professional.

Plastic liner NOT leak-proof!
The thermal, leak-proof plastic liner leaked on very first use. The thawed ice leaked and warped my hardwood floor.

Pros and cons for Uber driver
Pros: sturdy, clean, and big.Cons:Zipper was tough to zip, and handle was hard to hold together. I’m an ubereats driver, and I need my bag to be smaller and faster to pack. The plastic in the bag also kept folding inward.

Strong, durable and plenty of storage space
This a strong and durable bag. Great for food or catering deliveries. I've even used it to bring home my personal groceries all in one trip!

Bag does a really good job of keeping food warm. Can fit really good size containers in as well. Good handles. Probably will buy more.
