Let me tell u about this amazing necklace. My daughter is 20 and she does not wear jewelry. Since I gifted her this necklace for Christmas she has not taken it off and there is absolutely no irritation on her neck.

Good quality and got it here when expected!! The only thing I would suggest to them is either offering an initial on the smaller heart? Or maybe offering engraving onback since the necklace turns? I guess I could go take it myself but that makes another trip.
