Almost direct fit
Order this product early in case you get shorted gaskets. Mine came in with the 2 head to manifold gaskets but was missing the exhaust pipe gasket(downstream from cat)had to order a fel pro 61737 exhaust pipe gasket. Also had to order 2 Dorman 03423 exhaust manifold hardware kits as the factory cat outlet has 3 studs pressed in but the davico unit doesn’t so you will have to thru bolt it now. On to the light fabrication part. The flanges that mount to the heads were not properly spaced. They were off about 1/4in so had to use a large reverse-able C clamp to spread flanges a bit to get fitment closer. Then slightly enlarged one hole on each flange to clearance the studs they were still rubbing. Product does have tabs on each end so you can re-use most of the factory heat shield if you desire. Be careful with the old 10mm nuts and bolts some may break and hit them with a wire brush if rusty so they don’t get stuck in your socket! It will fit from the heads to the where the cat starts but The davico unit has a heat shield just on the cat itself. So in the end got unit bolted up with no leaks and have 80mi on it so far so good the scanner shows cat and O2 readyness monitors are green. Not at all saying this is a bad product after install so far im happy just that if they all like the one I got there not for beginners with no tools.

Good quality, cheap. Good fitment.
Bought for 2013 Subaru Forester 2.5 X Premium N/A. This thing is amazing. I bought it to replace the factory cat con that went bad at 180k miles. It’s a good, free-flowing tubular manifold design, with a slightly shorter catalytic converter than factory. That being said, the Forester now sounds like it has an aftermarket header. It’s not loud by any means, but it’s louder than factory. Not loud enough for anybody (police) to question it. No it is not CARB compliant, but my state does not require that. It came with the 6 bolts to install it to the heads, zinc coated, and all 3 necessary gaskets. Heads to manifold, and manifold to midpipe, but the midpipe gasket was slightly smaller in diameter than I liked, so I ordered a factory subaru one. It would have worked fine, so this was my own expense for ease of mind. The mani fit perfectly with no bending or prying necessary. The only thing I really had issue with is that the collector to midpipe has no studs, or even threads like the factory does, and the midpipe also has no threads in the holes. So you MUST use a bolt/nut configuration of your own design. I opted for a subaru turbo outlet manifold stud kit with nuts. It worked flawlessly. I’ve got 2,000 miles on it with the new upstream and downstream sensors and I couldn’t be happier for the price we paid.

barely worked - needed mods
The heat shield is not correct to fit and our shop had to use part of the old one with this to make it work. NOT recommended. Its worth the money to just buy the correct one that is more money. Time is everything so don't waste yours. You will spend more time than money. If you're not a shop, you'll be in trouble.

Perfect fit!!!
The converter fit a 2013 Legacy Limited and took about 2 hours to install. It did not include the replacement bolts and nuts for the exhaust flange, but I had three carriage bolts that fit the holes perfectly. Some guys said not to install an aftermarket on the Subaru or you will have problems. I have had no problems and very satisfied!!!!

Seriously unsatisfied!!
Paid 11hundered for NY state compliant direct fit converter y pipe and it is not direct fit as specified. Flanges are three inch off center being welded incorrectly on the spacing!! No answer at customer service number!!!! and voice mail full!!!!!!!!. Sound like bad business! sounds like no business that's been operating for years as they claim. Pissed off now more down time and 1100$ loss at this rate. Time is money!

Didn’t fit well
Spacing between the cylinders was off. Had to force it apart a little to get it on the studs. Once it was installed the flange yo the block wasn’t perfectly flat and had a exhaust leak. Had to remove it and sand the flange flat and reinstall it. Very unhappy lots of time lost. Should of check to make sure it was flat before install, lesson learned.
