The lights worked for a couple of weeks, they stopped working. 30 day return policy was 8/26/2020 I haven't had them for 2 months. Would I please be able to get them replaced?

I got my package, and I was super excited.Though as I got through the Amazon packaging, I saw that it was a damaged box, so wasn't too happy with that, but I looked over it because I just wanted the lights.I started setting them up, I cleaned the area I was putting them on, made sure the lights worked, which they did. I noticed that the remote was not working and I went through the instruction manual, but I didn't receive any signal, so I was going to send an email to the company for a replacement.So despite that, I still had hope to put them up, but guess what, the adhesive doesn't actually stick, which kind of makes you required to use the nail holders given which I guess would work but I didn't want to put holes in the wall for every 5 inches of strip. As most people wouldn't.So after all of this, I'm really disappointed and I will be returning them.I'm only rating this two stars because the brightness of the lights, were indeed bright.

Item is easy to install, and it does the job. Just make sure you know how much you need. And 65ft was a bit too short for my need (though that's my fault for not measuring), so I just bought a shorter strip of another brand (I believe econoLED) and connected it, and it worked without a problem.

I hate writing bad reviews. The product works, the lights light up if you give them power, and it's easy to install.BUT if you are like me and you don't have completely flat ceilings, you should look for a different brand. The adhesive is a flat strip of tape, so if your like me and your ceiling is a textured ceiling, these do not hold up. They are constantly falling down. I have bought packs of square 3M tape to hopefully get them to stay up but they are honestly useless until I can stick one of these 3M squares every foot. They do not stay up no matter how hard I press them on.If the makers are reading this, please get a better cushioned and more adhesive backing to allow for ceiling mounting.

I installed all 3 of these in my kids bedrooms.. Come to find out that the 1 remote is now controlling all 3 bedrooms ! Can anyone help me on this ? I want to somehow block the sensors or whatever to all the remote in each bedroom to control just that room !! Please help.

Bought for my son to put in his room. Did not stay stuck to clean, smooth painted wall. Had to use Fun Tack to keep it up, otherwise lights are great.

Arrived with broken adapter. My daughter was very upset.

DO NOT BUY. Bought these for Christmas put them up and everything and a few days later the connections screwed up and they wouldn't light up the right color and for some colors they wouldnt even turn on.
