Drawstring Cinch Bag

We bought these for use as possibles bags by our group on a youth re-enactment of the Mormon pioneer trek. During the trek we tied them to the back of a handcart where they rode for 29 miles over 3 days through dust, wind, and freezing nights. For the most part they held up well. The grommet on the bottom of mine came out of the bag on both sides by the end of the third day, but none of the others had that problem. I was able to fix mine by just shoving the rope back through and tying a knot. Mine was loaded the most with snacks for all 10 of us, so the weight could have been a factor.I also wore this on an 8 mile preparation hike and had no problems with it. I thought the drawstrings would be uncomfortable on my shoulders, and I'm sure they would be if the pack were really loaded up, but all-in-all I'm very pleased. The price was very reasonable when we added 15 of them to our cart.

In general, I am not a big fan of drawstring bags.. I wanted one for our backpacking trip (to carry stuff around when I don't want to carry the giant backpack), but it wasn't very comfortable just like any other drawstring bag!

I picked these up to use as drop bags for a long distance (ultra) running race. The bright colors helped me find and easily identify my bags. they're rugged enough and just the right size. The nylon, however, isn't coated- so they're not at all waterproof. I got these with the outside mesh pocket, as I thought that might be handy- but the pocket wasn't all that secure. i.e. if you turned the bag upside down, the Cliff Bars that I tossed on the outside- would fall out of the pocket. Good for some uses I guess- but not real secure.Overall- these are great bags, especially for the price.

I haven't used this yet, but it seems exactly what I wanted. It's lightweight, the opening is a drawstring close, there's a web pocket on the outside. The only thing lacking is a way to keep the straps together in front, so they don't drop off your shoulders. I'm going to use a velcro strap, the kind used to keep wires together. For the price, how can I not recommend this item? I do recommend it!

Nice size and could be effective backpack for light loads. Not recommended as primary book bag is multiple text books are to be carried as the material will give under the weight.

Obviously not very cute, but it seemed well put together and hasn't gotten any rips or tears or anything so far. I've only used it a few times but it does what it needs to. It's roomy, and the front pocket is nice to have. It does hang a bit low (but I'm also only 5 feet tall so that probably has something to do with it...) but not in an uncomfortable way. I think it's worth the money for sure.

Surprisingly holds quite a bit! I'm impressed by this little backpack! My only problem is the the straps slide off the shoulders fairly easily and I'm not running or doing anything very physical while using it. The mesh pocket on the outside is great for keeping things like your phone or wallet for easy access. Also, this bag is not waterproof...learned that the hard way. Overall, I recommend this to anyone looking for a durable little backpack.
