We bought this product for our outside patio. When we received the first set, the control box was busted, the screws were strewn throughout the box and the extra pieces were missing. We returned the product and received the replacement product 4 days later (fast service was great). We opened the box and everything looked great. Got the lights out and plugged them in to test them, they were bright and beautiful. We tried the remote, figured out that you do need a battery for the remote (it is not included and is a button battery), put the battery in and tried changing the color...nothing...tried turning them on and off...nothing. Talk about a bummer. Needless to say, I am returning the item and getting a refund. I will not purchase this brand again.

This weatherproof LED strip is heavy duty- much thicker than most. Quality is excellent, very nice construction. I added 3M self adhesive backing and also utilized the provided clips and associated hardware to ensure a very secure & consistent installation. Very pleased with the results.

I received these lights today with a broken remote, rendering the lights useless. Very disappointed as they were costly. Will need to return and pick another brand as I see no way to contact seller directly.

Excellent outdoor lighting. Extremely well built. I have a lutron dimmer in line and so far it is doing the job. We we give it a month to prove itself out and I will comment again

Product as described. Insulation seems to be good quality and durable. Lights are bright and a good color. I'm not sure about the hangars as I could not use them under the paver steps where I put the lights.Happy with product and price

Got towards the end of the string and had 2 yellow lights on where you can cut the string. Why is that ?
